| Round trip transfer witha choice of seat in coach or Airport Express Line ( AEL) is included. |
1. Passengers booked for transfers on seat in coach or by private car
- After clearing customs, please contact ‘Vigor Airport Shuttle’ at kiosk B-13 in the arrival hall where there is a ‘Cathay Pacific Limited’ welcome signboard.
- Present the Tour Operator Coupon from your Exchange Order Vouchers to the staff at the kiosk.
- The ‘Vigor Airport Shuttle’ staff will give you a welcome kit envelope which contains departure pick-up time and destination information.
- The coach will depart from the airport to all major hotels every 30 minutes.
Airport counter service hours : 5:30am - 12:30am
Shuttle bus service hours : Airport to Hotel: 6:15am - 12:15am
Hotel to Airport : 6:30am - 9:30pm
Remark : Upgrade to private car transfer can be arranged by paying a surcharge. |

2. Passengers booked for round trip journey by Airport Express Line (AEL)
- After clearing customs, please contact one of the ‘AEL Customer Service Centres’ at the Meeters and Greeters Hall.
- Present the Tour Operator Coupon from your Exchange Order Vouchers to the staff at the counter to exchange for your round trip ticket.
- The AEL train will depart from the airport to downtown Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. Free shuttle bus is provided on a complimentary basis from Hong Kong Station or Kowloon Station to some hotels.
- It is important that you keep your ticket for your departure journey as ticket will not be replaced.
