There are organized excursions to Yongcun Village and to Moon Hill, as well as ferry tours to a typical fishing village, and cruises down the Lijiang river. There are also tours to Reed Flute Cave and a leisurely boat ride to Yangshuo. One unique evening tour takes in a visit to the much-talked about Impressions of Liusanjie show directed by Zhang Yi-Mou (who minted Gong Li). It is a stellar outdoor performance enriched by spectacular visual effects. |
